The new system features a simplified door mechanism that can be opened manually and closed automatically without using any electricity. With no need for floor rails, it’s also easy to enter and exit with beds or wheelchairs. The system is designed to operate smoothly and silently while providing adjustable operation speed. Furthermore, the air brake system ensures safe closing of the doors and parts are easily assembled or adjusted for changing open direction when needed. It even allows keeping the door closed at all times (or open if applicable).
Two varieties of this innovative sliding door system have been released: CT-600SA which uses hanger rollers with aluminum rail (Al 6063 T5) along with an air brake system for automatic closing; and CT-610SA which utilizes oil brakes for both smooth opening/closing as well as an automated driving system via spiral spring along with braking systems for open direction control. There’s also a third type – CT 806SA – which features ball sliding type like Accu-Rail resulting in low friction due to precise machining such as roll formed rails combined with steel balls plus an additional reinforcement feature for light doors (CT 806SA) or heavy doors (CT 807SA).
